MINDDEN

Terms of Service

Last updated 2 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and MindDen ("we", "us"), the provider of the MINDDEN app. By creating an account or continuing to use MINDDEN, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

MINDDEN turns your text, files and audio into illustrated study notes, and offers flashcards, quizzes and revision worksheets. You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live (or have a parent or guardian's permission), and if you use MINDDEN for an organisation you confirm you can bind it.

2. Your account

Keep your login details private and accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse MINDDEN, including:

4. AI-generated content

MINDDEN uses AI. Outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete, so check important facts yourself. Outputs are not professional (medical, legal, financial or similar) advice. You are responsible for what you submit, for having the rights to it, and for how you use the results. As between you and us, you own your inputs and the notes generated for you. You give us a limited licence to store and process your content only to provide the service.

We may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter outputs, and suspend accounts that break these terms. Rights-holders can report infringing content to us and we will take it down where appropriate; repeat infringers will lose access.

5. Our intellectual property

MindDen keeps all rights in the MINDDEN software, design, documentation and branding. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan.

6. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, renewal, tax, cancellation and refund terms are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Plan details are on our pricing page and refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.

7. Availability

We work to keep MINDDEN running well but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost data, profits or goodwill), and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You can delete your account at any time from your Account page; your content is then permanently deleted.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will show the new date above. These terms are governed by the laws of the country where MindDen is established.
